This website

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for up to 30 days to keep the site secure.

The contact form

When you send the form we receive your name, email address, optional company and phone number, the size of your company if you choose to share it, and your message. We use these only to answer your request and, if you become a client, to run your project. The form is delivered to us by email through an email delivery provider. To stop abuse, we briefly keep a count of requests per network address; we do not store the address with your message.

We delete requests that did not lead to a project after 12 months.

Client projects

• Your ERP database and licences belong to your company. We access them only with named accounts and two-factor sign-in, and only while we work for you.
• We only use software and service providers that are bound by written agreements to protect your data and use it only for our work for you.
• We never ask for passwords, bank details or ID documents by email or chat.
